Its time for "Google Docs Offline Mode"

The above are the words from the Tech colossal Google Inc. Yes, now no more to be online to write or edit your Docs, spreadsheets, slides or Drawings. 

So if you don’t have the internet you can easily make the necessary things being offline.

In this rapid life Google has played a healthy innovative trick, so how to make Docs being offline?

Follow the following steps:

1. Setting up 

Set up is the initial thing which you need to do, enable offline access so after you enabled it you can easily view your Google Docs in an offline view and you can edit also.

2. Computer set up should be done individually:

You use desktop also and Laptop also hence you need to set up the process twice in order to make offline work continuous.

3. Exclusively for Chrome:

It’s Google, it needs to be Chrome. It would be only accessible in chrome browser and no other browser would be having this feature. So for the Foxe’s and the Safari’s people get back to CHROME.

4. Not available for all your stuff :
 
As it is just being born today some of the features are yet to be added, following image would give you a clear idea of what Do’s and Don’ts are exactly supported by this feature.

Offline feature is being made avail on computer to computer basis so that your documents can be secured and thus you can access your Docs, Spreadsheets, Presentation and drawing without an internet connection.

So would you need to upload after doing editing in offline mode?

No, as of Google being genius a sync feature is being also added so when you again get into online mode you would not have to upload it, you would find your docs get automatically updated.

Being online, now try Offline.
