Today’s smart phones are useless if they don’t have data connection, with Indian market being always late on technology finally Bharti Airtel launched 4G mobile services in bangalore.

Finally India blessed with 4G, thank you Airtel.

On Friday Bharti Airtel with joined statement with Apple announced the launch of 4G services. But now the question is there are very rare phones in Indian market that support 4G, as of now the only phone supporting 4G is iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C . these phones supports 2300 MHZ TD-LTE band that is used by Airtel for 4G, other phone Ascend P1 LTE is also supporting 4G which is Airtel’s Co-branded.

As of now the 4G services is only provided to “Apple” phones.
For the 3G user here is the news, you would be able to get 4G mobile net speed with existing rates of 3G plan. For the users to access this services active 2G and 3G user have to upgrade to a 4G sim card.

Airtel added that data would browse by 4G network, where as voice calls would be directed by 2G/3G networks. A 4G data plan for the user to flow the use of data would cost 1000Rs for 10GB data.

In 2014 an initiative by Airtel for 4G services, but only for the Apple user as of now.

We hope to get 4G services to all over India by end of 2014.

Let’s wait or the review of 4G from the Apple users.
