 Apple’s OS X, Mavericks launched on 22nd Oct'13  as a next version of OS X.OS X, Marvericks is available in free download version and one can easily update it using Mac App store.

Small but new changes in the features have made OS X, Marverics much better and handy OS option for the users and users who were earlier using snow leopard. Add on to Lion and snow leopard users is they can also download OS X, Mavericks from Mac app store.

The new features consists of new changes in iBook application, smart changes in calendar, focus on improvement in battery backup and power consumption.

Safari browsers have been reintroduced in an improved and faster form. IBooks can be downloaded from iBook store. One can read multiple books at a time which is unique feature in itself. Dreary options of zoom and scrolling down on pages of books are made convenient to use through some clicks. Highlight paragraphs, tagging it and making bookmark made it convenient for students as well as other readers to make notes out of the books and referring over and again.


Battery consumption is the focus of Apple in this version of OS X. App Nap function of Mavericks update user about the application which is consuming most of the power in system. These applications can be kept at sleeping mode to keep the battery backup.


Maps option is given with your contacts, so that you can use it anytime you want to locate any address.

OS X, Mavericks is compatible with Mac Pro (2008 & latest version), Mac Mini (2009 & latest version), Mac Book Air (2008 & latest version) and iMac (2007 & latest version).
Apple has given positive vibes after introducing Mavericks in the development of OS X and it is believed that it will emerge with more new and hi-tech updates in same series.
