Google+ , now, lets more people to
have their own custom url.
You no longer need to be a
big celebrity or a brand just in order to get your custom google+ url.
Now google+ permits it's every user to have their own custom url on the basis of
3 simple conditions:
1. Your account should be 30 days old
2. You
should have a profile picture
3. You must have atleast 10 followers.
For example, YouTube's
Google+ page can direct people to google.com/+YouTube to visit their page
rather than https://plus.google.com/115229808208707341778
However brands &
business are require to link it up with their own official website for
verification purpose.
