Facebook came up with new strategy on 29^th Oct so as to deliver the delight & cosiness of chatting to users especially those with android smartphone/tablets.

Messenger icon in front of your friend’s name will tell you whether he/she is using this app or not, if using, they will get notified instantly about your message.

Message your contacts:

For those people who aren’t on your facebook friendlist, just add their contact phone numbers & so you can enjoy texting also via same app.
