Smart Facebook-ing

Social Media – New virtual world

The rising swift in today’s world is observed in technologies. People are being modernized with the use of these technologies. If you won’t keep yourself updated then you might just miss something important to your work may be friend’s birthday, anniversary, your important meeting and many more. We live life very fast so we don’t have much time to keep such things in mind or do they are remembered always? No? .Then how to keep in touch with the social life.

Answer is SOCIAL MEDIA.

And by social media, we refer to most common & popular one – ‘FACEBOOK’

So how to use this more smartly to keep yourself updated??

Many endless things are there to be on social networking, you remain in touch with your friends, plan event gathering, even can find a job too. After this sunny side, there's also a shady side, let's see, many people are unaware of what they should not share on social media which may later on create problems for them itself.

·         Tagging your friends in awful photos

We all have snaps of our friends, some of them are funny or embarrassing kind of, avoid posting such pictures on social network and tagging your friend. Your friend would not entertain this activity and thus ends up in an unexpected result.

·         Bombarding friends with apps and games request

While you play game invite those who are really interested into rather than sending request to the one who is not. Every time you play game you send N request to unresponsive people who get irritated to those requests.

·         Boosting up your gloomy temper

People always update that “they had a bad day” or a “unpleasant evening “. Thus these would result to N number of comments. Mostly people do this intensely in order to get popular on social media and draw attention. It’s better to keep pain and suffering to oneself rather to share on social media.

·        Communication via wall (facebook)

Instead of communication to be done in a private chat people communicate via wall, thus by communication on wall, your friends are able to see what communication is being going on. Thus the conversation is publically done and any one can read. Moreover any of your friends can also poke in your communication by commenting on that. Thus in order to keep conversation secret between two people, avoid communication on wall.

·        Getting/Sending invites to like pages

Now a day’s many people create pages wherein they use to post jokes or some funny pictures, there are hardly any pages which would give you information that would help you. People unnecessarily send you like invites to like those pages, thus with unnecessary page being liked by you, you would be having useless information in your wall. Better have a good content let people come naturally on our page, have some useful, informative information people would genuinely land on your page.

·         Personal comments or status

Being on social network everyone can see your status and comments, thus it is imperative to avoid any personal status which is directly or indirectly points someone. Status which might hurt someone’s dignity should be avoided.

·        Status related to personal

While you go on for holiday or plan something, keep in mind not to post those things on social site. If so you have posted, when you return home you have just been robbed, in order to avoid such things it’s better to act smart and keep away from posting such kind of stuff.

The above were most of the common mistakes which we people do and we hardly realise that we should refrain from doing such activities. People might cheat you, rob you or irritate you if you ignore the above.

In order to compete with today’s world and keeping yourself update with the latest news, information and many more things social media can help you a lot. You should be elegant to get the positive things and implement those ‘smartly’ so as to have an updated life!

Be safe Be updated!!

Enjoy- ‘Smart Facebook-ing’
